Other than spending a fair share of time in front of the com,
I spent quite an amount of time running about as well – some times studio, sometimes meetings, sometimes events etc.

Love the prints, love the tube cut, and the design at the front. Simply gorgeous.

 
2. Something different & more unique, this shrug from Frockettes can be worn loose like a cardigan or tie like a kimono outer piece!
I matched it with my own leggings, but i think it looks good with a pair of shorts too.

3. This pretty piece from DOT has a very japanese demure feel, especially the prints at the bottom part, looking elegant!
I think the peach colour top really complements the prints, and yes, i bet you like the structured fit too.

4. Summer summer summer, pleats are in fact in the trend if you realised,

Last Sunday I was craving for an English breakfast brunch and decided to try Ardent's Cafe Bar @ Neil Road.
Heard raves about it, even for their dinner sets, and seen quite a bit pictures of their brunch sets around in fact.
Yay! Finally got to try it! I'm in love with their rustic yet modernized shophouse area, somehow like a lil cottage in the woods.
And you can pretty much locate it while driving/walking down the road.

For those who drive, there are parallel lots carpark opposite the cafe!

LOVE EGGS BENEDICT!
Actually, most of the pictures i saw circulating were the eggs benedict,
so i reckon it shall be the must-have there and both hurhur plus myself ordered two sets of different benedicts!

the old-school casio watches- we both agreed that they are our most lasting watches outta all!

We ordered the Eggs Montreal (smoked salmon) + Eggs Blackstone and swopped one each to try.
Imma fan of Grilled Bacon & Smoked Salmon but I have to say the Eggs Montreal has the better taste overall.
The hollandaise sauce is a lil more towards the savoury side, so if you prefer that, you would have to try it!
For fans of smoked salmon, you probably would like the Eggs Montreal as much as i do.

As for the Eggs Blackstone, the grilled bacon was really cripsy and grilled to perfection,
but somehow it overpowers the overall egg taste for me, in which i could only taste the bacon.
We also had a cuppa latte, and it was pretty good!

I believe you have seen many pictures around on facebook or so on how each of us spent our Valentine's Day,
and here's how I spent mine!

It was a simple affair this year but a special one because hurhur decided to whip up a good meal, a fushion cuisine – western with chinese.
Was indeed an enjoyable and quiet night though we ate around 9pm cuz we both had stuff on for the day.
Am thankful for that heart-warming and lovely meal, especially when he had a full day of work too. <3

It's just a quick 5 minutes plus video but in fact, can you believe it that we took like 6 hours to film it?!!
Kudos to the Loreal team and camwerks, they did a good job directing and editing the clip respectively,
in which the vid has its make up methods & pdts used shown precisely, definitely effortlessly easy to learn the looks!

Pretty interesting one i must say, as I got to know the celebrity make-up artist Rick Yang, and he actually shared some tips and tricks in the Loreal Beauty Vid.
Thanks to him, I also stole some useful tips from him on that actual day too! ;p

It's an immediate YES whenever Rach invites me to her place for Sukiyaki that her mom will prepare,
cuz the homemade soup is as good as what you can get in Japanese restaurants and dipping the beef slices in the tasty soup + raw egg just completes the meal satisfyingly!
i'm so gonna learn to cook the soup base, it's my favourite outta all kinds of soup. heh.

Recently I received some LOVE by Baked by Lace, and I got hold of a box of pretty cupcakes during one weekend.
I must say Lace (the passionate & friendly owner) gets me yearning for more every time and this time, lucky me got to try out more different flavours,
and my bet would be on the Salted Caramel & Red Velvet. Simply heavenly and she definitely makes one of the best cupcakes around!

I had a belated CNY steamboat with the poly gang at dear Sharon's place,
and thanks to her great hospitality and for opening up her place, we had a feast & rounds of Ban-Luck which I got my first set of "A,A" for this entire CNY. heh,
Celebrated her birthday as well, and silly me got mistaken that she loves banana, and got her one of the best banana chocolate tasting cakes in my opinion- from Old School Delights @ Upper Thomson Road,
and in the end banana turns out to her her least favourite food of all. heh
Sorry Sharon! Will get you one of the bestest chocolate strawberry cakes next time! ;p

Explored a new Japanese restaurant over the past week at Liang Court basement. Yayoiken, and their main specialty would probably be the fried stuff,
such as the Tonkatsu related dishes. We ordered different sets each and had a taste of each of our sets, and I think the Tonkatsu & Karaage were probably the best outta the lot!

Tried the Karaage (Japanese fried chicken) and was pretty satisfied with it, would give it a 7/10 apples!

I decided on the new designs for Klarra last week, and had a shoot with Caleen one afternoon.
Did the styling for the shoot, as well as editing the photos, designing the previews. Spent a long while doing all of those up, and i'm soo glad of my work!

Boohoo! My $2 iphone charger got jammed since yesterday and i have been bringing my phone along like this!

Couldn't get it out, and i think I probably have to make some time to head down to singtel/service center to get it fix!

But better late than never, I already got in on my phone since then, and no wonder my batt goes dead even faster for the past few days!

Feecha is basically this geo-blogging app for Iphones (Yay!! Iphone rocks!, but…fret not, android version is coming soon so I’ve heard).
You just have to download from app store, sign up an account in the app within like 10 seconds, and that’s it, you are good to do some postings!
What’s special is that each and every posting will be pinned to a location on the map, and it creates a better chance for interaction with peeps who are out of your social circle even.
What I like about it is that it allows us to post photos or even Videos too!


After exploring the app for these few days, though Feecha is pretty new, 
yet it’s a very powerful social interactive platform!
Will tell you more below and you might not want to read on cuz you don’t wanna miss out an awesome piece of news in this post too.. Geez!

2.  FOLLOW PEEPS & FOLLOW……..INTERESTS
Well, similar to the social platforms, one of the main ways why Feecha is fun is that – You can start following people you want (friends, family, relatives or peeps you admire/have a crush on),
or allowing people to follow you, and be instantly updated with their doings via the news feeds!!

Apart from following people, you can follow INTERESTS!

You can see three fills, and Feecha makes sure you don’t fill lonely at first looking at no feeds cuz you are new, and had already included feecha_admin & some default interest categories! (

How to work with feecha is simple! Here’s one such example of mine over last weekend!

I think it’s really easy to meet/know friends at Feecha cuz of it’s unique location feature!
Like this above feecha I posted, I saw another Feecha beside me posted by a user called Adeline, and I was totally updated with what’s happening around the area! One word- Coolbeans.
And oh yes, you can share/like the Feecha posts too.

No doubts it’s the location aspect of this app that is unique and awesome!

So the bigger it is at that particular area, the more people are putting feechas at that area – which also means it must be an EXCITING AREA!!
Definitely a good way to let us know where are the hot spots and what are happening at those spots!

Or why not we just use the above location & interest “SALE” example…
Imagine you are pissed off or girls having PMS and in need for some retail theraphy on a particular day, eg. The weekend.
How awesome is that when you can get hold of instant news from random people if they post about “SALE” around your location!! Perfectttttttttt news!

Today's post will introduce you the various products I used to create The Valentine's Dinner Look!
I bet this occasion, be it celebrating it in advance, on the day or belated,
a good dinner, unpretentious and enjoying special set menu (yeah unfortunately, that's also when restaurants jack up prices!!) is definitely how most of us will spend it!

I have gotten a set of make up from Smoochiezz to do up this entire look, and here're what I used:

So I had to report early to Salon Vim @ 313 somerset for hair,
and thanks to Gary for these lovely curls which i can never do it myself!!

Here's a bare-&-looking-tired face at the Salon in the morning, and make up would be next.

I'm not really sure why Gary is holding the nescafe bottle, super hilarious. i think it was cuz he walked passed and was asked for a shot!

There were four locations for the shoot, together with four outfits, and it was pretty fun albeit the tiredness,
but I had one awesome picnic scene which they prepared really pretty (and i heard very tasty) cupcakes from Maramalade Pantry,
as well as lovely balloons on set!
It was a pity I didn't manage to take any picture of that because we had to do it fast to miss the rain.

My trusted stylist, John came with us on set too!
He was put on this task pretty last minute and kinda wore the wrong outfit especially with clients involved, teehee,
was uber hilarious when he told me about it (i didn't really notice it anyway).. what's with CREAMSODA?!
